We are located south of the Atrium in Voss Hall.  The Waldorf Bookstore proudly supplies the Waldorf Community with collegiate clothing, imprinted items, textbooks, supplies and tools for the mind.

The Waldorf Bookstore has adhered closely to our mission of providing goods and services at the lowest possible prices consistent with sound business policy. Return Policy

Textbooks:  Three easy steps to quick & easy refund.
1)  A cash register receipt and Add/Drop slip are needed to process your refund.
2)  New books should be unmarked, have wrapping intact and a price sticker in place to qualify for a refund.
3)  Returning books is possible until the last day to add or drop classes.

 

Non-Course Books, Supplies, Gifts, Clothing:  Full refund if an item has not been used and is returned within 30 days of purchase with the cash register receipt.  Candy and study aids cannot be returned.

 

Sale Items:  Items bought on sale may be exchanged if they have not been used and are returned within seven days of purchase with the cash register receipt.

 Textbook Reservation Service

Don’t put off buying your books to the last minute!  Instead, make buying your textbooks easy and hassle free by purchasing them before the semester begins, utilizing our optional Textbook Reservation Service.  As soon as you have your schedule complete, reserve your textbooks, new and used, for the upcoming fall semester. 

 

For maximum convenience, purchase a Supply Package in addition to your texts.  Priced at $10.95, the Supply Package is comprised of:

4 ~ single subject notebooks
2 ~ #2 pencils
2  ~ hi-lighters
1 ~ CD-R                                    
1 ~ Waldorf Academic Planner


Prepayment by credit card is required to take advantage of the Textbook Reservation Service.  Reserved textbooks will be available for pickup August 27th, 2010.  A valid picture ID will be required for pickup.  In case of schedule changes, you may
return any textbook purchased through the Textbook Reservation Service for a full refund, according to the refund policy which you will receive when you pick up your books.  Any student wanting or needing to use financial aid or scholarships to pay for their books are not able to take advantage of our reservation program.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Directions to Reserve Your Textbooks

2. Print this form then mail or fax it to the Waldorf College Bookstore.
3. DEADLINE for reserving books is August 1, 2010.
4. DEADLINE for pickup of reserved textbooks is 4:30 p.m., Friday, September 3rd.  Textbooks which are not picked-up by 4:30 p.m. on this day will be returned to the shelves unless prior arrangements have been made.
